Holiday Closing
The library will be closed on July 4th, 2012 in observance of Independence Day and will reopen for regular hours on July 5, 2012. Have a safe Holiday.

Happy Birthday to Coldwater Library! Coldwater Library is 100 years old. In 1912 the Research Club deceided that a Library would benefit the town. The members of the Reasearch Club held book showers and food sales to raise funds for the library. They were also in charge of maintaining the library. The city donated the use of a building for the new library. The library has had many different locations and changed through the years. One thing is constant there is still a library in Coldwater, Kansas.
We will be planning some special activities to celebrate our 100th birthday.

The bookmobile stopped at the Coldwater and Wilmore Libraries on April 17, 2012. Come and check out some of the new books, large print books, audio books and DVD’s.
